…and not out of stress.
This is a quote from the opening circle at the Hub Berlin meeting last Thursday.
I have just finished reading Jay’s Berlin reflections and here is my second part of the harvest.
As Jay was describing, we have been exploring the unknown and the confusion about the Hub concept together.
What can a Hub be for Germany? A catalyst to overcome national short-comings to accept that not being perfect is ok and we are saying ‘yes’ to failures as important steps in a learning process. The Hub is a space to say: I have an idea for a radically better world but I have no clue how to get there – can you help me please?
People left with a need for orientation. How can we now host ourselves from chaos and confusion into order? I am proposing the following guiding questions:
- What are your questions you are seeking clarity on?
- What are the conversations that you need to call and host to get clarity on your questions?
- Who are the people in the Hub network you need to engage with in order to work on the above?
